No, you cannot renew a medical marijuana license at a dispensary. For most states you can easily renew your medical marijuana within their online portal. The process is fairly simple. Many states have changed their process during Covid. The  state of Colorado is one of them.  To renew your card you’ll simply create an account online with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and fill in the required information to renew.

As with any renewal you’ll need to be evaluated by a doctor, and upload the doctor’s recommendation into the system. The renewal fee is $25.
